Books, People, Places Bookstore, Schöneberg (Berlin)

On Monday, October 26th, the Schöneberg bookstore "Books, People, Places" hosted a launch and discussion for the Buell Center publication The Art of Inequality: Architecture, Housing, and Real Estate—A Provisional Report. In addition to inaugurating the bookstore space on Kulmer Strasse, the discussion was produced in collaboration with the Theater O-Tonart.

This event was held in parallel with the Wohnungsfrage Academy at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, where scholars, practitionres, artists, and other experts from various fields provided the context for a cross-disciplinary interrogation of "The Housing System." The Wohnungsfrage exhibition was a backdrop for the Academy, and the Buell Center exhibition, House Housing: An Untimely History of Architecture and Real Estate in 29 Episodes was included in this exhibition.
